Hello, I’m Barbara Gilligan – thank you for visiting my website.
Perhaps you are just ‘surfing the net’ and came across me by accident or perhaps you have deliberately chosen my website to find out a little more about who I am and what I do. So let me share a little about myself.
My professional background is in HR, Recruitment and Learning and Development. I spent a number of years working in the Private Sector prior to setting up my own business in 1997 offering HR Consultancy and Training services. Since then I have had the privilege of working with really great clients both in Ireland and abroad and across the Private, Public and the Community sectors.
I provide HR Consultancy and support to HR Managers and organisations, design and deliver training programmes, work with team leaders and team members to optimise team effectiveness and facilitate meetings and workshops. I also provide one to one career coaching and support to individuals whether they are about to embark on the first steps of their career or are seasoned professionals.
My client relationships are built on honesty, trust, confidentiality, respect, clarity and delivery. I like to think I’m pragmatic and my objective is always to exceed my clients’ expectations, whether that client is an individual, a team or a large organisation. As I result I am privileged to have built strong and lasting working relationships with my clients.
I hold a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management, an MA in Learning and Teaching, am an accredited MBTI Step I and II practitioner, a member of the British Psychological Society and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
If you are interested in contacting me I would love to hear from you.
