Having been a HR Manager for a number of years in a large organisation I understand and appreciate how challenging and multi-faceted the role is. I can provide help and support across the full range of activities that are required throughout an employee’s life cycle from recruitment to resignation.

Services I have provided have included:
- The design and implementation of improved recruitment procedures
- The design and implementation of effective performance management and reward systems
- Acting as an independent chairperson and interviewer
- Conducting independent exit interviews
- The facilitation of employee satisfaction roundtables
- Bringing an objective perspective by acting as a sounding board for proposed new systems and procedures.
- Guiding senior managers in writing strategic organisational objectives
- Acting as independent observer/assessor for development centres
The above are only some examples and it is not an exhaustive list. Not all my consultancy assignments require a tangible 'deliverable' - sometimes clients can benefit from simply having an external ‘listening post’ where if may be difficult to have one internally.
