Career Management
I provide guidance and support on a one to one basis to individuals. Some of these individuals are embarking on the first steps of their working life and need help and support, for example, choosing the right college course or preparing for interview.
Others may be taking on a management role for the first time and need some support in developing the knowledge and skills to do this effectively. Others may be arriving at a point in their career and lives where they feel a change is needed but are unsure where or how to start.
