Helping you design your courses
While I design and deliver my own programmes I can also help you design and deliver yours. This could be
- Designing a programme from scratch.
- Helping you with an outline.
- Acting as a ‘guinea pig’ while you practice your own work and providing feedback.
- Providing ideas on practical approaches and exercises to engage adult learners.
I am happy to give you as much or as little help as you need or want.
On the other hand, you may have to facilitate a meeting or workshop rather than run a training programme. Having a clear approach and process together with clarity about your role are key to having a successful outcome. This is also something for which I can provide help and guidance.
